How to give a good feedback

I think giving feedback is very important for getting better neither if it’s technical or about soft skills, so the most important thing is to learn how to accept feedback and never take it personal .

The best way to give feedback is first check your motives. Before giving feedback, remind yourself why you are doing it. Be timely and be closer to the event you address the issue, and of course try to not be very agressive ,just be focused on what you saying to the other person,make it regular and clear.

Try to mention the positive thing of course and some advices between prepare your comments. …Be specific. …Criticize in private.
