In 2021, Due to COVID problems and of course confinement we had to work remotly from home .
So first we had a kick off for the day as usual, and then we start working it was really good to work as a team also i like how we try to motivate each other in order to work harder and having a good day because it’s not the same invironment and not the same atmosphere in the Camp where we meet everyday ,so it’s a new experience for me .
I agree that it’s more compfortable because you’re working from home but you got to know that working remotly forces you to become a more skillful communicator. It also forces you to be more resourceful, especially if you’re working from an area with limited connectivity or cell coverage.For the first day it was really good there’s no problem i hope that we will continue with the same energy and the same performance.
Working remotly is important as working in work spaces because it gives you a lot of benefits that will help you improve your tech and soft skills in the real life .
